Most people have a jolly good sleep after experiencing a sound bath. If you find it hard to meditate or relax, sound can be a beautiful and surprising gateway.
Join this introductory Thurs night gathering to relax, reset and restore. No experience needed. Just lie down, let go and be immersed in listening to sounds.
BYO yoga mat, water bottle, cushions and blanket (whatever you need to stay comfy).
