You will be a seeker who ponders the meaning of life. You want to understand and celebrate your place and purpose.

You don’t need to be a practiced yogi. You don’t need to have chanted mantra before. But it is important that you’ve had some experience of reflective self-development.

This immersive yoga sound retreat is not a holiday. We are deep diving into what it means to be a human alive on the planet at this time.

Sacred Symphony is a curated journey into personal practice and reflective experience. Emotional stuff will come up. We’re welcoming it.

We invite curious people who are interested in showing up for reverent and sacred work, those who feel ready to explore and serve life in profound and simple ways.

There will be opportunities for individual support across the retreat. Both Bec and Nat are experienced at facilitating people at various levels.

We’re a friendly and encouraging community for wherever you are on your journey. So if you are a regular practitioner, there’s plenty here to challenge you too.

All participants will complete an intake form so we can modify practices and offer options to meet everyone’s needs.

Our private eco retreat is located at Murrah, just south of Bermagui on the NSW Sapphire Coast.

For seven days we’ll be immersed on 30 acres of pristine Australian bush, complete with a secluded beach and lagoon, freshwater swimming, an ionised infinity pool and spectacular views.

These delights are situated three hours south-east of Canberra, six hours from Sydney and seven hours drive from Melbourne. From central Victoria you can enjoy a delightful road trip.

There are regional flights from Sydney and Melbourne to Merimbula, which is just over an hour away.

No. Only small and comfy shared rooms are available.

The maximum is four people per bedroom. There are also twin and triple options.

The property is vast, and there are plenty of places inside and outdoors to find space to yourself. So, the bedroom is really just a place to sleep.

If you are coming to the retreat with others, let us know at the time of booking and we can try to put you in the same room.

While women make up about 90% of our retreat participants, this retreat is open to all humans over 18. If a mixed gender room does not suit you, please let us know at the time of booking.

You need to purchase the payment plan first, receive the voucher code and then use that code to buy your ticket.

It costs $100 to purchase the plan, then there are six scheduled monthly instalments of $665.83. That brings the total retreat cost to $4095.

Yes. We’ll be in touch prior to the event to check on your needs and preferences.

Our incredible caterer, Amanda from Wild Earth Kitchen, will be on site preparing nourishing, organic wholefoods. Your ticket includes 18 meals from Monday dinner to Sunday lunch, plus teas and nibbles.

Sacred Symphony is drug and alcohol free.

This is a retreat for transformation and connection. The program is curated to deepen your state of being. We go on a big journey and embed spaciousness to encourage integration as things stir.

Our retreat style creates a supportive and brave space to reflect and explore as you access a range of yoga tools in your own way. We encourage participants to lean into discomfort or the unfamiliar.

But everything is an invitation, never an obligation. Deep listening to what you need in the moment is a big part of the learning process. Practices are offered with modifications to suit all.

There are multiple sound meditations across the retreat, so you can lie down, relax and allow things to settle.

Our program sequence covers a lot but the immersive experience makes it all accessible and beneficial.

There are short gaps and also an afternoon of free time mid-week. Most sunrise practices are optional.

We continue to nurture your deepening connection as you head back to the world, so that the seeds planted at this retreat can continue to grow.

Preferably not. It’s not a holiday. But you’re a grown up so you have sovereign choice.

We have curated Sacred Symphony as a deeply immersive retreat on a vast and secluded place in stunning natural surrounds. There’s plenty of space to get time to yourself and to connect with country and see the sights right here in front of and within you.

The experience we’re cultivating is designed to happen in a contained community, away from the noise of the world. The experience will be most potent if you stay on site.

Sometimes, when crunchy stuff comes up humans can experience discomfort, resistance, and the desire to run. Feel into it and talk to Nat or Bec if that emerges.

Tickets are payable in full prior to the retreat.

Payment plans are purchased as a bundle with six monthly instalments and admin fee.

A $250 deposit ticket is non-refundable at any time.

Full retreat tickets cancelled on or before 17 March 2026 are refundable, less a $500 admin fee.

No refunds are available after 18 March 2026 unless in exceptional circumstances (the decision will be at the full discretion of facilitators).

You can transfer your ticket to another person up to eight (8) days prior to the event ($50 admin fee applies).

Sacred Symphony is drug and alcohol free. People may be asked to leave without refund if not honouring this ethos.

We will send out specific information to all participants in advance of the retreat.

Generally, pack clothes in which you can move comfortably. Layers are good as there will be moments of movement and stillness. We will have some early morning starts and late evening finishes, so bring warm clothes and a torch.

Bring comfortable walking shoes, sunhat and a rain jacket as we will journey out into nature. Pack your bathers and/or sarong for the beach, pool and lagoon.

Add anything you’d normally take on a week away but be aware that phone and digital technology use will be kept to a minimum to facilitate a full retreat experience. Go analogue and bring a journal and pens.

If you have books, craft or other creative tidbits you like to do in spare times, pack them in your case.

Also, come with an open mind, a commitment to be present in the experience however it rolls, and ponder an intention for your personal retreat.

Yes, our wonderful caterer, Amanda is also gifted in Traditional Hawaiian massage.

This service is an optional extra (expect about $120). We’ll share more info about that with participants when we’re closer to the retreat date.
