Each 75-minute session with certified practitioner, Nat Dowling (Wander into Wildness) is a dose of nourishing rest where you can dial down the noise of the world and tune back into yourself.
Each time will include vocal work or chanting followed by a lie down meditation. You’ll also receive take-home tips to use your body as an instrument for sensory awareness and self-care.
