This Sunday arvo session with Bec (Awaken Yoga Studio) and Nat (Wander into Wildness) will support you to sleep a treat and set yourself up for the week ahead.
The first half of the class is more active (though still gentle). Together, we learn to connect to and tune the body as an instrument, to offer sound.
This curated sequences prepares you to receive as you lie down to receive the sound bath for the second part of the session.
